Fees:
For therapy clients who are not Cigna or Aetna patients, my hourly rate is $147/hour.
Insurance
I am an Imagine provider, in network with most Cigna plans, Aetna, and accept private payment (via credit card or HSA). If you wish to have a different managed care plan assist in payment for my services, the following options are possible:
1. I will send you an invoice for you to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. This is commonly done with Anthem plans.
2. I will send you an invoice that you can submit for reimbursement from your health savings account.
3. I will directly bill the credit card associated with your health savings account.
